CareCharted Log EARLY ACCESS
A simple mobile app for visit documentation, built on the same care log as our templates. Caregivers document on their phones, and you get signed notes and invoice-ready hours on your dashboard.
What it does
- Caregiver app: sees only assigned clients, clocks in and out, checks off tasks (done, refused, or N/A, with care-plan tasks starred), records optional vitals and nursing notes, flags changes in condition, and signs
- Automatic delivery: the moment a caregiver signs, the visit note appears in your New Submissions inbox and a PDF copy is emailed to you
- Invoices from hours: pick a client and date range, then generate an invoice from submitted visits at your rates. A visit can't be billed twice. Download it as a PDF or email it.
- Admin tools: weekly care log grid, filters, CSV export, client and caregiver management, and an audit log
Status: in development. A working prototype exists, but it isn't available for real client health information yet. Before launch it needs two-factor login, a managed encrypted database, and HIPAA-eligible hosting under a business associate agreement. We won't charge anyone until it's ready.
