What we collect
When you buy, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information. We receive your name, email, order details, and country. We don't see or store your full card number. If you contact us or join a waitlist, we get the information you provide.
How we use it
To deliver your downloads, provide support, process refunds, send product updates you've asked for, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers
Payment processing and checkout: Stripe. Website hosting and download delivery: Cloudflare. Email: support messages to [email protected] are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox (Google). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Analytics
We do not currently use analytics tools.
Client health information
Don't send patient or client health information through our website or email. The downloadable products don't collect any data.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by contacting us.
