Who we are
CareCharted ("we," "us") is a trade name of Acuity Homecare LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, and sells digital educational products and templates. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, whose terms also apply to checkout. After payment you can download your files immediately from your download page.
License
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify it for your own business, including sharing it with your employees and contractors for agency use. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the templates or guides, in original or modified form, as a standalone product.
Not professional advice
Our products are general educational information and templates. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or clinical advice, and using them doesn't create an attorney-client, nurse-patient, or consulting relationship. Laws and agency requirements change and vary by state. You are responsible for confirming current requirements, adapting documents to your operations, and getting professional review. We don't guarantee that any license, registration, inspection, or audit will be approved.
Accuracy
We work to keep content accurate as of its stated review date, but we don't warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase.
